It is recommended to be taken orally 1 to 3 times a day as an additional source of fibre** by adding the contents of the sachet to a drink* or food.
6-12 y.o. - 1 sachet once daily.
From 12 y.o. and for adults 1 sachet 1-3 times a day.
* the contents of the sachet can be safely added to hot drinks - coffee, tea, etc. The raw material used in the PreImmu is thermostable.
