OBVProt is a high source of dietary protein and fiber. The proteins in OBVProt are obtained from 100% cow's milk. The protein composition consists of 60% fast-absorbing whey proteins and 40% slow-absorbing casein proteins. The source of fiber is galacto-oligosaccharides, which are water-soluble complex carbohydrates that cannot be broken down by the digestive enzymes of the human gastrointestinal tract, they are intended as a source of dietary fiber and a source of food for beneficial microflora bacteria living in the human intestinal tract - Lactobacillus spp. and Bifidobacterium spp. Lecithin is a phospholipid derived from sunflowers, which is a natural substance found in all cells of the human body.

a cow milk protein concentrate^B – 7.8g, native whey protein isolate^B (from milk) – 9g, galacto-oligosaccharides (obtained from milk lactose)-3g, sunflower lecithin-0.2g.

Energy and nutritional value. 100 g of the product contains:  

A – Ultrafiltered and processed at the lowest possible temperature to prevent protein denaturation and preserve the natural properties of milk proteins; contains 80% micellar casein and 20% whey protein, as well as biologically active protein fractions, in the same ratio as in milk.

B – obtained from 100% cow's milk (not from whey, a by-product of cheese or curd production), processed at the lowest possible temperature, thus preserving the natural fractions of whey proteins - 60% β-lactoglobulin, 20% α-lactoglobulin, 10% immunoglobulins, 0.30% blood serum albumin, <0.01 % lactoferrin.
