OBVProt is a high source of dietary protein and fiber. The proteins in OBVProt are obtained from 100% cow's milk. The protein composition consists of 60% fast-absorbing whey proteins and 40% slow-absorbing casein proteins. The source of fiber is galacto-oligosaccharides, which are water-soluble complex carbohydrates that cannot be broken down by the digestive enzymes of the human gastrointestinal tract, they are intended as a source of dietary fiber and a source of food for beneficial microflora bacteria living in the human intestinal tract - Lactobacillus spp. and Bifidobacterium spp. Lecithin is a phospholipid derived from sunflowers, which is a natural substance found in all cells of the human body.

A – Ultrafiltered and processed at the lowest possible temperature to prevent protein denaturation and preserve the natural properties of milk proteins; contains 80% micellar casein and 20% whey protein, as well as biologically active protein fractions, in the same proportions as in milk.
B – obtained from 100% cow's milk (not from whey, a by-product of cheese or cottage cheese production), processed at the lowest possible temperature to preserve the natural fractions of whey proteins: 60% β-lactoglobulin, 20% α-lactoglobulin, 10% immunoglobulins, 0.30% serum albumin, <0.01% lactoferrin.

It is recommended to be taken orally 1-4 sachets a day as an additional source of protein and fibre by adding the contents of the sachet to a drink or food.
- Recommended for daily use in children from 12 years and adults: 1-2 times a day.
- Use in people who work hard and perform intense physical activity: 2-4 times a day.
- Intermittent fasters shall take once, breaking their fast, and take the second time with the last meal of the day.
- For seniors: 2-4 times a day.
Ideas for tasteful use
- With water - first pour the contents of the sachet into a cup or glass, add warm (not hot) water and stir well with a spoon for up to 1 minute until the product is dissolved. A spoonful of cinnamon can be added for better flavour.
- With a blender - blend with 200-300 ml milk or water. Avocado, banana and berries can be added for better flavour.
